Competitions should remain enjoyable, affordable and under your control. Winners Warband is for adults aged 18 or over.

18+ participation
You must be 18 or over to create a My Warband account or enter a competition. Account creation records your date of birth and your confirmation that you are 18 or over. We may confirm a winner's age and eligibility before releasing a prize.

Monthly paid-entry limits
My Warband lets you choose a monthly paid-entry limit, including £0 or no personal limit. A selected financial limit cannot be exceeded during that calendar month. An overall £500 monthly operator cap applies across payment methods even when no personal limit is selected, and credit-card-funded entries are separately capped at £250 per calendar month. Competition limits also continue to apply.

Take a six-month break
You can suspend participation from Account Controls in My Warband. A suspension lasts for at least six months. While it is active, the account cannot enter competitions and must not receive marketing from Winners Warband.

Close your account
You can permanently close competition access from Account Controls. We may retain order, competition, draw, financial and restriction records where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and ensure the closure remains effective.

Monitoring and support
We review available account information such as selected limits, current-month participation and account restrictions so that concerns can be considered and proportionate action taken. This may include contact, a restriction, suspension or closure.

Independent help
If spending or participation is causing financial or emotional harm, stop entering and seek independent support. Help is available from Citizens Advice, National Debtline, Samaritans and Mind. These organisations are independent of Winners Warband.
