Entering a Winners Warband competition is simple. Follow the steps below to understand how orders, ticket allocation, My Warband and our scheduled, verifiable draws work.

STEP 01

CHOOSE YOUR COMPETITION

Find the prize you want to win

Browse our live competitions and choose the prize you would like the chance to win.

Each competition page clearly displays:

the prize or available prize choices;
the ticket price and any quantity discounts;
the total number of tickets available;
the maximum tickets allowed per customer;
the competition closing date and scheduled draw information.

Every competition is guaranteed to be drawn. The scheduled draw will take place after the published closing date, even if every available ticket has not been sold.

STEP 02

SELECT YOUR TICKETS

Choose how many entries you want

Select your ticket quantity and add the entries to your basket. The maximum quantity permitted may differ between competitions.

Complete checkout using the contact details you want Winners Warband to use for your order, ticket email and any winner notification.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been accepted.

Your ticket numbers are allocated immediately. As soon as payment is successfully confirmed, your unique ticket numbers appear on the order confirmation, arrive by email and are recorded in My Warband.

STEP 03

USE MY WARBAND

Keep everything together

My Warband is your personal Winners Warband account area.

When you are logged in, My Warband allows you to view and manage:

Current entries See competitions connected to your account.

Ticket numbers View the numbers allocated after successful payment.

Order history Review previous Winners Warband orders.

Crowns Track and exchange Crowns for store credit.

Renown and rank Follow your progression through the Warband ranks.

Account controls Manage marketing, pause or delete your account.

You must be logged into My Warband when placing an eligible order to earn Crowns and Renown.

STEP 04

THE COMPETITION CLOSES

All valid entries are gathered

Once the competition reaches its published closing date, new entries are stopped and the competition is prepared for the draw.

Every paid ticket has already been allocated after successful payment. Valid free postal entries are then checked and added to the same competition pool.

The complete pool is validated and locked before the scheduled draw so no new entries can be added and the final record cannot change.

STEP 05

VALIDATE AND LOCK THE POOL

Every eligible ticket is secured for the draw

After sales close, Winners Warband checks the complete paid and postal entry pool before it is locked for the draw.

Duplicate numbers, invalid entries and the published ticket range are checked so every eligible number appears once in the final draw pool.

Once locked, the entry list becomes the permanent draw record and cannot accept further purchases or postal entries.

EXAMPLE

You purchase 10 tickets

Your 10 unique ticket numbers are allocated after payment and those same numbers remain attached to you when the pool is validated and locked.

Customers cannot choose particular numbers. The allocation system selects available numbers automatically and records them against the correct competition and customer.

STEP 06

BEFORE THE DRAW

Receive your draw reminder

Approximately one hour before the scheduled draw, Winners Warband will email you a reminder containing the draw details and a link to watch.

The email acts as both:

a reminder that the scheduled draw is approaching; and
quick access to your competition and draw details.

Your ticket numbers were already issued after payment and remain available inside My Warband where the account and order are correctly linked.

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Make sure the email address supplied during checkout is correct. Your original ticket email and My Warband remain the definitive places to check your allocated numbers.

STEP 07

WATCH THE REVEAL

The winning ticket is selected and recorded

At the published draw time, the official Winners Warband system finalises the locked pool using committed inputs and independently published randomness.

Every valid allocated ticket number is included. The winning result is recorded before the visual ceremony reveals it, so replaying or skipping the animation cannot change the outcome.

The Drawing Hall displays the reveal, the result and simple public verification checks. A completed draw can be replayed at any time.

Paid entries and valid free postal entries enter the same draw and have the same chance of winning.

STEP 08

THE WINNER IS CROWNED

We contact the winner

The winner is shown in the Drawing Hall after the result is recorded.

We will then contact the winner using the email address and telephone number supplied during checkout.

Depending on the competition, the prize may be:

dispatched directly by Winners Warband;
ordered after the winner has selected their prize option; or
fulfilled directly by a trusted retailer or supplier.

We will keep the winner updated throughout the prize-confirmation and delivery process.

Every eligible Winners Warband competition includes a free postal entry route. Valid postal entries are allocated ticket numbers and included in the same locked draw pool as paid entries.
