Entering a Winners Warband competition is simple. Follow the steps below to understand how orders, ticket allocation, My Warband and our live draws work.

STEP 01

CHOOSE YOUR COMPETITION

Find the prize you want to win

Browse our live competitions and choose the prize you would like the chance to win.

Each competition page clearly displays:

the prize or available prize choices;
the ticket price and any quantity discounts;
the total number of tickets available;
the maximum tickets allowed per customer;
the competition closing date and live draw information.

Every competition is guaranteed to be drawn. The live draw will take place after the published closing date, even if every available ticket has not been sold.

STEP 02

SELECT YOUR TICKETS

Choose how many entries you want

Select your ticket quantity and add the entries to your basket. The maximum quantity permitted may differ between competitions.

Complete checkout using the contact details you want Winners Warband to use for your order, ticket email and any winner notification.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been accepted.

Your ticket numbers are not assigned immediately. Your order confirms the number of entries you hold. The actual ticket numbers are randomly allocated after the competition closes.

STEP 03

USE MY WARBAND

Keep everything together

My Warband is your personal Winners Warband account area.

When you are logged in, My Warband allows you to view and manage:

Current entries See competitions connected to your account.

Ticket numbers View your allocated numbers after allocation.

Order history Review previous Winners Warband orders.

Crowns Track and exchange Crowns for store credit.

Renown and rank Follow your progression through the Warband ranks.

Account controls Manage marketing, pause or delete your account.

You must be logged into My Warband when placing an eligible order to earn Crowns and Renown.

STEP 04

THE COMPETITION CLOSES

All valid entries are gathered

Once the competition reaches its published closing date, new entries are stopped and the competition is prepared for the draw.

Every valid paid entry and every valid free postal entry is gathered before ticket numbers are assigned.

This is why ticket numbers are not issued at the moment of purchase: the complete entry list must first be finalised.

STEP 05

RANDOM TICKET ALLOCATION

Your ticket numbers are drawn from the pool

After all valid entries have been confirmed, the complete range of available ticket numbers is placed into the allocation system and thoroughly randomised.

Think of every ticket number being placed into one enormous hat and mixed together.

The system then draws the correct quantity of random ticket numbers for each entrant according to how many entries they hold.

EXAMPLE

You purchase 10 tickets

After the competition closes, the system randomly assigns 10 different ticket numbers to you from the available pool.

Customers cannot choose particular numbers, and ticket numbers are not simply assigned in the order purchases were made.

STEP 06

ONE HOUR BEFORE THE DRAW

Receive your ticket numbers

Approximately one hour before the live draw begins, Winners Warband will email you all of your allocated ticket numbers.

The email acts as both:

confirmation of the ticket numbers allocated to you; and
a reminder that the live draw is approaching.

Your ticket numbers will also be available inside My Warband where the account and order are correctly linked.

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Make sure the email address supplied during checkout is correct. Contact support if your numbers have not arrived before the draw.

STEP 07

WATCH THE LIVE DRAW

The winning ticket is selected

The competition is drawn live through the official Winners Warband draw system.

Every valid allocated ticket number is included in the draw, and the winning number is selected at random during the live broadcast.

Live-stream details will be shared through our official channels and may be included in your ticket-number email.

Paid entries and valid free postal entries enter the same draw and have the same chance of winning.

STEP 08

THE WINNER IS CROWNED

We contact the winner

The winner is announced during the live draw.

We will then contact the winner using the email address and telephone number supplied during checkout.

Depending on the competition, the prize may be:

dispatched directly by Winners Warband;
ordered after the winner has selected their prize option; or
fulfilled directly by a trusted retailer or supplier.

We will keep the winner updated throughout the prize-confirmation and delivery process.

Every eligible Winners Warband competition includes a free postal entry route. Valid postal entries are allocated ticket numbers and included in the same live draw as paid entries.
